12 Days of Christmas - Day 12 American Girl Giveaway! (January 5, 2020)

Welcome to DAY 12 of our 12 Days of Christmas celebration!

For our 12th Day Of Christmas giveaway, we are GIVING AWAY the brand new American Girl 2021 Girl of the Year doll Kira Bailey™ to one lucky winner! The winner will receive the brand new 18-inch doll, in her original packaging, mailed to her directly from Pixie Faire! Read below to see all the details of what will be included (Note: if you already have Kira, and would like a gift card, we can accommodate that wish too!)

Who is Kira? Here's the description from the American Girl® website (images are also from the American Girl Website):

Kira is thrilled when she gets to spend a month at her aunt’s Bailey Wildlife Sanctuary in Australia helping care for koalas, wombats, and kangaroos. She’s always loved caring for animals, but it’s not all cuddles with cute joeys. When the baby wombats escape and there’s a predator on the loose, it’s up to Kira and her new friend Alexis to attempt a midnight rescue in the Australian bush!

  • The 18” Kira doll has green eyes and long, wavy blond hair that can be brushed and styled. It comes styled in a half-up twist with long loose curls.
  • A tie-dye tank top that ties in the front and has embroidered decoration on the shoulders
  • A green pleated skirt with buttons up the side
  • A pair of brown lace-up boots that are tough enough for bushwalking
  • A pair of purple socks
  • A purple wraparound bracelet
  • The Kira Down Under paperback book

We couldn't be more excited with the Australian theme for this new character! Many years ago we released the Liberty Jane Outback Libby colleciton of limited edition outfits and then later released as doll clothes sewing patterns. These designs feature the ruggedness of the Australian Outback mixed with the soft feminine Aussie fashion touch! Here's a peek at a few popular designs, we think they would be a perfect addition to Kira's darling collection!

Plus we have many other patterns that can be used to create the perfect pieces for her adventurous style! Here are a few popular ones:

But wait there's more!

Back in 2014 we launched our very own fiction books to bring our Outback Libby character to life! Follow the story of Libby and her friend Killara as they start a grand adventure in the heart of the Outback.

We have two kid-friendly stories available on Kindle - we'd love for you to check them out!

How To Enter The Gift Card Giveaway:

“I’D LOVE TO SEE a wetsuit PATTERN OFFERED AT PIXIE FAIRE FOR 18”/American Girl, girl and boy, DOLL TYPE." My granddaughter loves her American Girl dolls and she loves the beach! At 5 1/2 she already has her own surfboard so her PopPops made her dolls a surfboard. She knows the dolls can’t actually go in the water with her yet she likes to bring them to the beach so they can watch her and for fun photo ops to send to grandparents 😄 Bitty Baby was chosen for a late December beach outing so she might like a wetsuit pattern too!

I would love to see any of the high quality and caliber patterns you offer for a Barbie doll. I have many, many people that comment on the AG clothing I make, as well as for other sizes and types, and still ask for Barbie. All that aside, I would love this doll to “show off” both her and outfits to my many Australian customers.
