Welcome to DAY 12 of our 12 Days of Christmas celebration!
For our 12th Day Of Christmas giveaway, we are GIVING AWAY the brand new American Girl 2021 Girl of the Year doll Kira Bailey™ to one lucky winner! The winner will receive the brand new 18-inch doll, in her original packaging, mailed to her directly from Pixie Faire! Read below to see all the details of what will be included (Note: if you already have Kira, and would like a gift card, we can accommodate that wish too!)
Who is Kira? Here's the description from the American Girl® website (images are also from the American Girl Website):
Kira is thrilled when she gets to spend a month at her aunt’s Bailey Wildlife Sanctuary in Australia helping care for koalas, wombats, and kangaroos. She’s always loved caring for animals, but it’s not all cuddles with cute joeys. When the baby wombats escape and there’s a predator on the loose, it’s up to Kira and her new friend Alexis to attempt a midnight rescue in the Australian bush!
We couldn't be more excited with the Australian theme for this new character! Many years ago we released the Liberty Jane Outback Libby colleciton of limited edition outfits and then later released as doll clothes sewing patterns. These designs feature the ruggedness of the Australian Outback mixed with the soft feminine Aussie fashion touch! Here's a peek at a few popular designs, we think they would be a perfect addition to Kira's darling collection!
Plus we have many other patterns that can be used to create the perfect pieces for her adventurous style! Here are a few popular ones:
But wait there's more!
Back in 2014 we launched our very own fiction books to bring our Outback Libby character to life! Follow the story of Libby and her friend Killara as they start a grand adventure in the heart of the Outback.
We have two kid-friendly stories available on Kindle - we'd love for you to check them out!

I would like to see more movie/character costumes (maybe like Astrid) for 18”, 14.5 and/or Girl for All Time dolls. My daughter loves the How to Train your dragon movies and I should add Mary Poppins.😋

I’D LOVE TO SEE PATTERNS FOR CLASSIC KIDS’ MOVIE OUTFITS OFFERED AT PIXIE FAIRE FOR AMERICAN GIRL DOLL TYPE. For example patterns that are similar to Snow White, Cinderella, Mary Poppins, Moana, Pocahontas, and Beauty and the Beast, etc. I am sure that they would add a lot of fun to playtime with the dolls.

Our granddaughters observe the religious law of keeping their arms and shoulders covered. They wear tee shirts created from 2 way stretch fabrics that have sleeves to wrist and a tee shirt like neckline. These fit tightly and they can wear more “stylish” clothing on top of the stretch tee shirts. Their tee shirts are black or coloured to coordinate with the top or skin colour to blend with their skin. It would be so nice if we could make these stretch tee shirts for their dolls as well.
thank you PIXIE FAIRE for offering the opportunity to win an American Girl Doll.
I’d also love to see some character based clothing designs for an 18" doll.
I would love to see patterns for dresses and playwear for the 16-in dolls such as My Friend Dolls, etc.
I’d love to see many different patterns for the different Barbie type dolls. Or I’d love to see other inexpensive dolls that will fit in shoeboxes and patterns to fit them. These other dolls on here are likely better for children psychologically than Barbie but unfortunately they are too big to fit as gifts for Operation Christmas Child, which is why we make doll outfits.
I would like to see more matching patterns for the 14.5" Wellie Wishers and the American Girl dolls.
I would like to see more matching patterns for the 14.5" Wellie Wishers and the American Girl dolls.
I would like to see a more proportionate pants to dress proportion. While my recent history is volunteering in kindergarten my observation of elementary dress wearing is that it dies out in 3rd grade. My favorite Pixie Faire patterns are current fashion and would like to see this area as strong as possible.
I would love to see dress patterns offered at Pixie Faire in Ginny doll size. I just did a makeover on my childhood Ginny doll.
I’D LOVE TO SEE more costumes like each Doctor Who and Superhero’s PATTERN OFFERED AT PIXIE FAIRE FOR all DOLL TYPEs.

I’d love to see more accessorie patterns and fairy outfits
My granddaughters are religious. It is an obligation that they wear sleeves below their elbows.
It would be so very helpful if the tops with very short sleeves had a long sleeve or below the sleeve option.
Thank you for considering our dolls who follow the scripture in this way.
thank you to PIXIE FAIRE (Cinnamon) for offering these little contests .
I would love to see dress and play patterns for 16-in dolls, such as My Friend Dolls, etc.
I would love to see more patterns for adventure, outdoorsy and sporty clothing. Let’s get dolls (and kids) outside more!!
I would love to see more of pixie faire doll styles. Love all the patterns I have gotten from hear and love how they stitch out. Please continue all the great work you do to bring us all the best for our sewing pleasures
I would love to see a pattern for a wedding dress for the 18" doll.

I would love to see Downton Abbey Style clothing for 18” and 14.5” dolls.
I’d like to see the ‘memories of Australia’ for an 18” doll as it looks very much like the style and description of the new doll. It also reminds me so much of a former student who is a beautiful blonde, now a teacher and continues to love boats and duck hunting. An amazing young lady who found her perfect soul mate with the same interests. She looked as if she was from Australia when she came in for career day as large animal vet. Memories!
I would like to see more outfits for pre teens. Mix and match. Pixie Faire you have a large collection of patterns but as my Granddaughter grow they are looking for new outfits in the teen market. I like to add new items to keep them inspired.

I’d love to see MORE patterns for RRFF. I love basic dresses with gathered sleeves and collar variations. But since this doll has LONG thin feet… I’d like to see some SHOE & Boot patterns as well as the sole cut-outs.
I’d love to see an instructional series of patterns offered at Pixie Faire for 18 and 14.5 inch dolls.
Something that would help beginners learn basics from an inexpensive series of several super easy patterns. Even if it’s just existing patterns put into a collection that even a 10 year old could use to self-teach. I am thinking of people who are homeschooling or in isolation and don’t know how to teach or can’t afford lessons or learn easily from videos. And while I find the patterns marked ‘beginner’ or ‘easy’ to be easy, my granddaughter doesn’t. Not to teach herself, by herself. So that’s what I want to see.
I’d love to see more patterns for AG 6" mini dolls offered at pixie faire. Thank you for all the wonderful patterns already available for AG dolls!
I would love to see more 1960 patterns

I would love to see more of the Gold Rush Era patterns for both male and female on Pixie Faire for 18" Carpatina and American Girl dolls. You have a few civil war patterns but I am looking more from 1847 thru 1859. Think crossing in a covered wagon and then mining in the gold fields. The poor men would be wearing Missouri River Boat shirts, drop falls (no jeans yet), round top widebrimmed felt hats (tricorn without shaping) and carrying a gold pan or pick. Round dress for the girls with cartridge pleating and slightly dropped shoulders.
I’D LOVE TO SEE MORE NATIVE AMERICAN PATTERNS OFFERED AT PIXIE FAIRE FOR 18" DOLLS, INCLUDING BUCKSKINS, APACHE STYLE AND POW-WOW DANCE COSTUMES.

Pixie Faire does a fantastic job offering new options that I never would have thought of on my own. Thank you for the inspiration and tools that make it so difficult to leave my sewing room.

I would love to see more patterns for pets or animals to accompany the 18" AG dolls. You have a wonderful selection already but I hope it could be expanded. For example with Kira Bailey and her enjoyment of work at the Wildlife Sanctuary, it would be cool to have patterns to make a koala, kangaroo, wombat or others whom from the news we all understand how terribly the population suffered during the wildfires. Kira could have a pet Australian Shepherd as a friend. Thank you so very, very much for your generosity in offering this beautiful 2021 Girl of the Year doll and for all the other offerings in The 12 Days of Christmas event. I love your patterns.
“I’D LOVE TO SEE CONVERTIBLE STYLE PATTERNS OFFERED AT PIXIE FAIRE FOR BOY AND GIRL 18" DOLLS."
