My best sewing tip is to read through the pattern first! You’ll know what you need, you can research what you don’t know how to do and you will “see” ( in your mind’s eye) how it is to go together!

My favorite sewing trick or tip is to either use a dab of fabric glue to tack those snaps in place to sew, or to use a pin through the center hole in the snap to hold it from moving around while sewing in place.

My favorite tip is to enjoy sewing. Every time you start a project look as it as a fun thing you get to do and not a chore you have to do. I have been sewing for over 40 years now and I love it more every time. Just think you get to see something go from a flat piece of fabric to a wearable or usable item usually in a short amount of time. Love what you do,others will love what you made.

My favorite sewing tip is to use iron on interfacing to make small, frequently used tissue patterns pieces more stable. They last so much longer!

My favorite sewing trick is to use the assembly method you do best when sewing a doll outfit so you get your best results (even if your patternmaker uses another method)
