My favorite sewing tip or trick is reinforcing seams. Even though I only see doll clothes, I now go over my seams a second time to make sure they are strong enough. I don’t always work with stretchy fabrics, and I don’t want a seam to burst open when I’m trying to dress my dolls. I also always finish my raw edges with a zigzag stitch so no fabric frays.
My favorite sewing tip is have a clean sewing area. Have all your supplies ready to use and good lighting.
My ip is to only start or be working on only one project ata a time.
Have fun and enjoy what you are doing. I swe doll clothes for girls who can’t afford to go to American girl.
My favorite sewing tip or trick is using tearaway stabilizer when you are sewing fine fabrics, netting, lace or tulle and using tiny stitches. It really helps make those edges crisp and clean.
