Many of you have large collections of dolls, or sew for someone who does! We'd love to know more about the time period or era your dolls live in. Are they historical, if so from which era? Are they modern girls, is so which style do they prefer (boho, rocker, sporty, etc)? We'd love to know! To enter today's giveaway - simply respond to this post and complete this sentence:

My favorite period of fashion is the Napoleonic era, around 1810, also a time when the Jane Austin novels were set. I would love to see a pretty, frothy high waisted dress and perhaps a jacket to match.
The doll is absolutely beautiful and her beauty is enhanced by the adorable outfits. I have some of the patterns in this brand and have been really happy with them and the results that I have gotten with them. Your generosity is absolutely amazing.

My favorite era of clothing is the 1960’s. That’s the time period I was growing up in and everything was changing from very structured to flowing and easy. I’ve been sewing vintage patterns for my Grow-hair Crissy doll and they remind me of how everyone dressed then. I’d love to be able to create similar looks for my 18" My Imagination and Penelope dolls. Bell-bottom jeans, hot pants, halters and peasant tops, and jumpsuits – things that are easy and fun. And if any designers out there are interested in designing for these vintage dolls and making them a modern wardrobe, I’d love that, too. I think Crissy would look adorable in some of today’s fashions!
