Many of you have large collections of dolls, or sew for someone who does! We'd love to know more about the time period or era your dolls live in. Are they historical, if so from which era? Are they modern girls, is so which style do they prefer (boho, rocker, sporty, etc)? We'd love to know! To enter today's giveaway - simply respond to this post and complete this sentence:

my favorite look is the high English fashion of the 1800s. Men and women clothing were so spectacular.
My favorite era is modern. I like making clothes the girls would wear themselves. My granddaughters love to dress their dolls in fashions similar to their choices.
I love all types of sewing but especially the smocking when girls were girls.

My favorite era is the 1860’s. There is something so feminine about the style of clothes and the attention to details is amazing. I would’ve to see a “Gone with the Wind” style ball gown pattern.
My favorite era for clothes is 1940s. I am thinking of plaid skirts and cardigans. Of course the skirt is a cutdown from a larger relative and the sweater is a re-knit from an old honey sweater.
