My assumption is that most of us sew! We’d love to hear more about your sewing experience. Are you just learning to sew, or have you been at it for a while? Do you use a basic standard machine or one with all the bells and whistles? What about a serger, are you using one of those? (or wondering what in the world I’m talking about!)

To enter the giveaway simply respond to this post in the comment box below and complete this sentence:

"I use a  [insert sewing machine type here]… The thing I like most about it is [tell us why]"

Comments must be left (on this blog post) by midnight (pacific) 12/29/2017.

One entry per person.

No purchase necessary, void where prohibited.

The winner will be chosen randomly from the comments received and contacted through the email provided in the comment.

We will choose a winner and modify this post tomorrow to let everyone know who won.

Okay, good luck, and if we’ve forgotten anything we will modify and/or update this post as needed.

Happy Holidays!

I use multiple machines when sewing… Bernina 440, Babylock Ellagio and Babylock Serger. Each machine has some unique functions all their own, which is why I use them all – depending on what I’m making. I’d say I use my Bernina the most though, as I love the way it sews and it’s just a nice little machine.

I use a Husqvarna Viking Epic machine. I love it because of all of the stitches, the ease of use, and most importantly, because it is also an embroidery machine.

I use a Sears machine. I like it because it is reliable.

I currently use a Singer Futura for my own sewing projects. It is dependable and offers a wide variety of stitches. Recently I have spent a considerable amount of time using a little Janome machine teaching my 7 year old twin grandchildren to sew. It sews slowly and has a finger guard around the needle which is ideal for the pillows and small projects we work on together.

I have a Singer One Plus which I love. This year Santa brought me a featherweight and my son gave me a serger. So I am officially in Sewing Heaven!
