The darling little pajamas are from Shari, the designer behind the Thimbles and Acorns brand, as the prototype cover piece for the 14.5" Union Suit pattern - too cute! We've completed this set with a brand new 14.5" Welliewishers Emerson doll!

My assumption is that most of us sew! We’d love to hear more about your sewing experience. Are you just learning to sew, or have you been at it for a while? Do you use a basic standard machine or one with all the bells and whistles? What about a serger, are you using one of those? (or wondering what in the world I’m talking about!)

I use a janome, I like that I can adjust the speed.
I use a Viking 500… The thing I like most about it is it is the stitch quality. It also is a “quilting” model, which is a nice feature. I am grateful to have it.
I use a 1930’s Singer Featherweight 221… The thing I like most about it is the wonderful history behind these amazingly well built machines. Her name is Winnie, and at 11 lbs she travels well.
I use a Brother Project Runway sewing machine. The thing I like most about it is all of the different stitch options.
