I sew primarily as a hobby, costumes and doll clothes, I have made myself clothes. On average I sew 1-2 hours a week, because I have 2 jobs, I don’t get as much time as I would like. I do not have an Etsy store at this time.
I love to sew, knit, crochet and do counted cross stitch. Most of the items I make I give away. I make doll clothes, made many masks, love to sew aprons among other things. I knit and crochet for gifts and for our local cancer center. I don’t keep track of my hours but I do some everyday. I knit and crochet while I watch tv.
I sew primarily as a hobby. Do not make to many clothes any more but lots of doll clothes which I sell at craft fairs. I have made over 200 micro bowls which sell well at craft fairs .I also seem to do lots of mending for 2 grown up grandsons.
I sew….it is a relaxing place to hang out during a pandemic. I stop long enough to cook, clean and do the laundry…after that I’m in my sewing room! PS my dolls are looking pretty great these days and my grand-niece is pretty happy with her new doll cloths!!
I sew American Girl Doll clothes, clothes and accessories for my Grandkids, and I also do seed beading for embellishing – all as a hobby. I’m going to begin sewing select items for myself, and see where that leads me. As someone who has sewn off/on for 55 years, I’m pushing my envelope to try new techniques, materials, and methods. 2020 provided the perfect setting to delve into beading!
