I sew, embroidery and quilt primarily as a stress reliever. on average, I spend anywhere from 1 to 20 hrs per week in my sewing room working on my projects. Although I would spend much more time if life allowed. I do not sell my crafts but give them away to any little girl I meet although I have considered selling them.

JANIE

I sew primarily as an Etsy small business on average, I spend hours on projects.

I have an Etsy shop, it’s called SunshineDollBoutique! It’s a cute fun boutique for American Girl size and for hearing aid doll accessories. Thank you Pixie Faire! I use your patterns for my quilts on there and some clothing!

Casey

I sew quilts and doll cloths mainly as an art expression. I spend about 15-20 hours a week. I do not have a shop.

Merry Beth

I sew, knit, and crochet primarily for a hobby to make gifts for family and friends. I also do some charitable giving.

MARLENE F GIESE

I sew mostly clothing for myself and my granddaughters and also doll clothes; on average, I spend 5-6 hours a week at it or as much as time will allow, but not as much as I would like.
