I sew as a hobby for my granddaughters.I’ve made several outfits for their American Girl dolls. The look on their face when I give them the finished project is priceless/ Thank you for all the wonderful patterns!!
I sew doll clothes primarily as a hobby; once my younger child is in college, I plan to open either an etsy shop or go to the local fairs to sell my products. Currently, I sew a few hours a week.
I sew and knit (also crochet) doll clothing, primarily for my own pleasure – I love to play with my dolls, although I am 72 now. (I also craft things for them – cutting and gluing, constructing out of card and paper or doing woodwork.) But I also sew and knit a lot, making gifts for others. Sometimes, that is pretty much all I do in a week! But often, I suppose I just spend and hour or two a day. knitting especially. I don’t have an Etsy shop, but do buy from Etsy.
I sew and crochet primarily as a hobby. It makes me happy when I am being creative. This has been an unusual year to say the least so there were weeks when I sewed 20 hours per week. I was blessed to have enough supplies on hand to complete over 250 face masks to give away.
Sewing for dolls is a creative outlet for me. I also love to sew crafts and decorations and this past year turn fun prints into masks my granddaughter and I like to wear.
