I have an Etsy shop. It’s called MaerieFaeriedolls. I make doll clothes for 18” dolls and Bamboletta cloth dolls using recycled and vintage materials. I use mostly Pixie Faire patterns for the 18” dolls and I make my own patterns for the fabric dolls. I sew and/or create every day. I have a passion for creativity.

I sew as a hobby but not on a regular basis. For Christmas I decided to make my nieces clothes for their American girl dolls. I love the patterns that Pixie Faire have available and so did my nieces. I am looking forward to sewing more after Christmas.

Astrid

My passion? I sew primarily as a hobby on doll clothes. On average, I spend about 3 hours per day.

My passion is sewing. Because of my granddaughters, I’ve been sewing for American Girl Dolls and Wellie Wishers. I also knit hats and sweaters for them. I’m planning to open a shop in Etsy in 2021. I use patterns I’ve purchased mostly from Pixie Faire.

I sew for pleasure. I love making doll clothes, quilts, and household items…aprons, table toppers, pillowcases, potholders etc. I give most of my creations as gifts for my friends and family. I usually sew about 5 hours a week.
