I sew primarily as a hobby – on average, I spend very little time lately but when I do, it’s 5-6 hours a week.
I sew primarily as a hobby only a couple hours a week but I intend to increase that as much as I can because I would like to open an etsy shop!
I sew as a hobby.
I always have a sewing project going on
I do quilting and about 2 years ago I started doing clothes and as well doll clothes
On average, I spend about 10 hours a week sewing
I sew mainly as a hobby to outfit my own dolls and make other types of items such as bags, curtains, etc. I do have a used American Girl doll sale once or twice a year with restored TLC dolls and AG clothes and I sell my handmade clothes too. It’s my retirement project as I only sell the dolls for what I have into them so local girls in our rural area can have good dolls to keep even if their families can’t afford new ones. Love it and I can do it at home too! During winter I sew probably 12 hours a week but less in other seasons when I’m gardening.
I knit and sew primarily as a hobby, spending at least an hour or two every day. This is my first year using a sewing machine so I’ve been very grateful for my collection of Pixie Faire patterns to practice on. Don’t sell unless special requests since I’d rather give them away
