I sew and crochet as a hobby, almost every day – usually giving items to friends or family. This year I spent time crocheting hats, scarves and mittens for our neighborhood food pantry to pass out to those in need during the winter months. I also got to play “elf” and pack up Christmas gifts for pantry clients and just had to crochet and sew some doll clothes and blankets for all the dolls from 18 inch, to Barbie, to baby dolls – it was fun!
I sew primarily as a hobby, though sometimes I dabble in paid work when I have time. On average, I spend a few hours a week fiddling around with projects. When I can, I spend whole days creating. It’s wonderful being able to make stuff!
I sew primarily as a hobby, making clothes and home decor items for myself and my family. I usually try to spend about on hour a day sewing but often spend more time than that at my machines when I get started. When I’m not sewing then I’m cleaning the house or on the computer.
i love all art supplies and sewing doll clothes and purses.
I love to sew and have been sewing clothes for my children and their dolls for many years (even before I had a sewing machine!). Since I have been out of work for a long time I have started making a business of it. I take sewing jobs from my neighbors, and even sell clothes for AG dolls. I also enjoy gardening and painting.
