My favorite fashion era is victorian. I would like to see a historical pattern offered for an elegant ball gown or wedding dress from that era.
My favorite fashion era is the 1940’s. I would like to see an historical pattern offered for a Rosie the Riveter outfit, a WAF or WAC uniform and/or an evening gown.
My favorite fashion era is the Civil War….Scarlet O’Hara style. But I also like the 1950 & 1960s with the simpler lines.
My favorite fashion era is the ’80’s! Love the fun, funky layering styles, and the bright, bold colours.
My favorite fashion era is the 70s – my coming of age time. I’ve made a a couple of pieces from that time for grands’ dolls, but would like to do more. That said, I have not made any real historical clothing and am looking forward to trying that this year. Thanks!

My favourite fashion era is the 70s. I also love the medieval period as well (couldn’t choose one!). I would like to see some 1940s outfits reflecting what women wore when they had to work during the war (e.g. Rosie the Riveter).
My favorite fashion era is…pretty much ALL of them! I do have some that I love more than others…the innocent feedsack dresses of the 30’s, the long embellished adult dresses of the Edwardian era, Jane Austen style dresses, and mod and hippie styles. My favorite fashion era is the 1940’s, post war. I would like to see a historical pattern offered for a women’s trousers outfit of the period. It really was the time women started wearing pants in earnest. I recall photos of my mother during that time.
I love fashion history and can’t choose a favorite fashion era, but I would love to see an Elvis-style bedazzled jumpsuit.
My favorite fashion era is the 50s, but I would like to see historical patterns offered for this era and the pioneer era as the pioneer era is my favorite era for sewing for dolls. (I would also like to see some Victorian dresses offered similar to the one pictured today in green…the short, everyday type but from the Victorian era. They are hard to find.)

The Victorian era interests me. Both royal and peasant. These period clothing styles help instill conversation with the child and give a chance for interest and learning.

While I love a mix of all fashion periods my favorite is the Regency Era. The gowns were so elegant and romantic (like that era too)
I would also like to see fashion patterns from other countries i.e. France, Spain, Germany and Russia to name a few.
I love fashions from civil war era and would love to see fashions for southern belles of that era, daywear and fancy wear with full undergarments etc.
I really do not have a favorite era as I mostly sew for the neighborhood girls and donation baskets for charity. The girls prefer clothing similar to what they wear.
It seems impossible to pick a favorite, I love anything up to mid 20th century. I’d like to see more patterns for early 1900’s

My favorite fashion period is the Edwardian Era, with all the fancy beading and lace. Clothes like the early episodes of Downton Abbey.
My favorite is definitely the Renaissance. Love the art work which gives you the dresses for women and wonderful men’s wear. It is fun to make for both humans and dolls.

My favorite era was the 1970s when I was a child growing up. My grandmother made me a dress she called an angel wing dress. It was maxi length and the sleeves were rectangular and flowing. I would love to have a pattern for a doll dress like that.

It is difficult to pick a particular era since I like designs from several. If I need to pick one I would choose the Regency era. There are so many beautiful patterns available, maybe shoes that were worn in this time period?

I’ve been watching the Poldark series. I love the late 1700’s fashions that Demelza wears. More simple than the Elizabethan era, yet not quite Jane Austin-ish.
I just saw the new Mary Poppins movie. The clothes they wore were so vibrant and beautiful. I would love to see some patterns based on these styles. That being said, I love seeing patterns from every era. Women dressed to impress every day. Even their day clothes were beautiful.
