My favourite fashion era is Regency England; influenced ,no doubt, by my discovery (in my early teens) of the delicious writing of Jane Austin! Any deficiencies in the entirely handmade wardrobe could be corrected by a generous application of the right ribbon. LOL

“My favorite fashion era is…Edwardian. I would like to see a historical pattern offered for a …. “French Bebe” dolls in American Girl 18" size. Also, dresses, coats, and accessories from the 1920s. The Apron Dress seems to be the only dress that really accentuates that era; drop waist, elongated silhouette, cloche hats with various decorative touches . . .

My favorite era is the late 60’s to early 70’s, the Hippy Dippy Times of bell bottom jeans, head bands, anything goes for fashion. It was a time for free will and free love where restrictions in fashion were lifted and jeans became prevelient. This lead to women wearing pants and the “pant suit”.

My favorite fashion era is definitely the 1980s! There’s so many differing styles in that one decade, from workout clothes to pre-grunge, early punk, and the leftovers of the 70s (corduroy, funky patterns, etc). I would like to see a historical pattern offered for an Alaskan kuspuk or an Inuit amauti. Though those are also plenty modern too, but I guess technically they count as historical as well? That would be amazing to see a pattern of!
