I’ve been watching the Poldark series. I love the late 1700’s fashions that Demelza wears. More simple than the Elizabethan era, yet not quite Jane Austin-ish.
I just saw the new Mary Poppins movie. The clothes they wore were so vibrant and beautiful. I would love to see some patterns based on these styles. That being said, I love seeing patterns from every era. Women dressed to impress every day. Even their day clothes were beautiful.
My favorite fashion era was the late 1890s, due to the amount of different outfits for any number of different occasions and I would love to see a historical pattern for the cycling outfits girls of 1890s wore to ride bikes or some more historical sportswear

My favorite fashion era is the Civil War. I would like to see a historical pattern offered for a set of Presidential wives’ dresses, like what is displayed down at the Smithsonian’s American History museum in Washington DC.
