We are working hard on the content for our latest class - The Couture Sewing Academy! It goes "live" on April 1st, (no joke). So to help launch it with some fun and enthusiasm we thought we'd do a comment contest.

To learn the correct couture techniques, and overcome some of my own bad habits (being self taut ) would be a great gift to pass on to my great granddaughter and would really be something for us to share together, and for her to pass on when she herself has daughters. And to know I had been a part of that is beyond words.
There are hundreds of people sewing beautifully constructed dolls’ clothes but only a few can achieve ’ the look ’ .Why ? Liberty Jane seems to have that secret . I would love to learn their techniques they are so generously willing to share .
I want to learn couture techniques so that I can be more creative and hopefully earn a seamstress spot with Liberty Jane clothing.
I want to learn more couture techniques as I have become fascinated by the Melody Valerie patterns for the AG and the techniques presented in the patterns. These techniques give joy to hand sewing and pride in the finished garment.
I would love to learn couture techniques to help build my dream of retiring from being a police officer and just stay at home and sew, sew, sew. It is my stress relief from this crazy life. Oh, yeah and to continue to impress my grand daughters.
