We are working hard on the content for our latest class - The Couture Sewing Academy! It goes "live" on April 1st, (no joke). So to help launch it with some fun and enthusiasm we thought we'd do a comment contest.

How exciting! This class sounds like just what I need. I have been sewing American Girl doll clothes and selling them in my Etsy store for about 2 years now. I’ve had great success offering a lower level brand – think Forever 21. I would love to offer a higher end couture line for those with a more distinqtive taste. I’ve learned so many new techniques each time I buy a pattern from the talented seamstresses (especially Cinnamon and Melanie) on Pixiefaire and would love to learn more! Sometimes it is hard for me to take the time to learn on my own and a class gives me the structure I need (; Thank you so much for considering me!
I want to learn couture techniques because I will never grow up! I loved my Barbie growing up and now love my American Girl! I love dressing and designing on a larger scale! This would be an amazing opportunity!
Thank you for the opportunity to be able to create beautiful and fashionable haute couture for my granddaughter’s dolls and for myself as well. My granddaughter is always amazed at what I make for her and I would love to have the skills and ideas to release the inner fashionista inside. I love your patterns!!
I want to learn couture sewing techniques because I enjoy turning fabric into money! As a stay-at-home mom I have enjoyed improving my doll clothes business to help with our family budget. Combined with the design academy and the Pattern academy, this class will make my designs even better.
