More About Each Doll
Lauryce – a girl who rises above the storm. Hurricane Katrina showed Lauryce the importance of reaching out to people and animals in need. Her and her friend start LIL Hearts (Living in Louisiana Hearts) to raise money through volunteering, bake sales, and charity walks for sponsored children in Haiti and animal shelters around New Orleans.
Tipi - a weaver of wonderful stories. Her father is an artistic puppet maker teaching Tipi his craft while she tells the rich stories of their country. With her creativity, she is determined to help her class by winning a mural contest to raise money for much needed school supplies.

They ae both beautiful. My granddaughter has blonde hair so I’m partial to Lauryce.
Both have interesting stories and both are so pretty. Such a tough choice. I asked my daughter who she likes best, and she chose Lauryce.

This was a difficult choice since I really love both. Just something about Tipi that drew me in though!
Lauryce – I love what she stands for! And to teach that, caring for animals and the less fortunate around the world is a wonderful inspiration for today’s girls. Her story of hope and rebuilding from tragedy is worthwhile. Thank you
