About Liberty Jane Clothing: Cinnamon launched Liberty Jane into to the doll clothes world in 2008 with a fresh new take on Fashion in Miniature. Her collection of intricately detailed garments showcased in limited edition auctions caught fire and built a following in the collector community. The brand includes four main themes, Outback Libby, Euro Libby, Malibu Libby, and Tokyo Libby; allowing Cinnamon to explore several different fashion cultures in her work. The theme "make real clothes, just smaller" is predominant throughout the Liberty Jane catalog.
In 2009 she introduced one of the first full-color photo step by step style PDF sewing patterns online - the Liberty Jane T-Shirt Pattern, followed by the Mini Skirt, Cropped Jacket, and Jeans Bundle, which revolutionized the doll-clothes pattern niche. From the beginning, Cinnamon has worked to include other independent pattern makers alongside the Liberty Jane brand providing resources such as the Design Academy and Pattern Academy so that others could confidently create and sell their patterns too! Fast forward to 2024, she currently has 292 Liberty Jane patterns published and over 1 million PDF sewing patterns downloaded!

I do not remember how I found Liberty Jane but am glad I did – I love the classic designs of the patterns. I can honestly say I do not have a favorite pattern – I love all of them.
I found Pixie faire when I was searching online for 18:doll shoes. It’s hard to pick my favorite Liberty Jane pattern because I have used so many of them. But I think my favorite is the Cortina Top.
I found Cinnamon online back in 2012 when I became interested in sewing for dolls and was searching for patterns. I have many of her patterns and love them all. My absolute favorites are the Tokyo Libby collection.
I have been involved with Pixie Faire and Liberty Jane for YEARS. In fact, it is because of Pixie Faire that I started sewing for 18" dolls.
Liberty Jane were the first patterns I made and have remained my firm favorite! They fit well and the instructions are always clear, not to mention the great range of styles available.
Just love the denim jacket, so satisfying to make and remains my favored garment to sew.
I came across Pixie Faire about 10 years ago searching for doll clothes patterns to sew for my great nieces and a friend’s granddaughter. I could not believe the care and detail that went into the patterns. I have sewn so many of the patterns from the website. One of my favorites is the Boomerit Falls Jacket from the Outback Libby Collection. I really love them all.
I actually don’t remember how I first came across Liberty Jane patterns, but I have been an avid follower since way back. I wish I could sew as fast as I collect patterns and fabrics!
I have been a member for many years and enjoy making these patterns and designing them a bit as well. Always something new coming up.
OMG I can no longer remember how I found pixie faire and Cinnamon years ago. I have been a devoted fan since, however. My favorite pattern of Cinnamon is the Pleated Skirt Guidebook. AWESOME and easy
It has been several years since I purchased my first Pixie Faire pattern and have loved the creativity that that pattern gave me. The detail and realism that the clothing has makes for fun dress up times for the children that receive those clothes. Thank you for the hours of fun I also have when creating special clothes from the numerous patterns that I have purchased over the years.
I have been subscribing for several years now, and I think I came across the site in a search for doll patterns and clothes. I particularly like the Outback Libby collection, and saw somewhere that at one time there were maybe 2 books Cinnamon had published for girls on this theme. My favorite varies based upon whatever I am working on at the time! I also especially like the multiple sizes available.
I can’t remember exactly how I discovered PF except I must’ve been looking for a type of pattern to make doll clothes for my daughters’ dolls. I’ve basically loved all the patterns and have made something from each of them.
I don’t remember how I first heard about Pixie Faire and Liberty Jane patterns, but they are definitely some of my favorites. I love the whole Outback Libby collection.
A long time ago a friend introduced me to Liberty Jane patterns. I like the cropped sweater pattern.
I have made several of Liberty Jane patterns and they always turn out really nice. So many cute ones to choose from.
Not sure I can name just one Liberty Jane pattern as my favourite. I’ve made so many. But the baseball tee and denim mini skirts are two that I use repeatedly .
The Liberty Jane patterns are my favorite to make for my granddaughter’s dolls. I first learn about Pixie Faire about 4 or 5 years ago when I was trying to update my doll patterns as my youngest granddaughter was reaching the age of 18" dolls. At Pixie Faire, I found everything I could imagine! Not only terrific patterns, but shoe, fabric, etc. Thank you so much for making this a great one-stop shopping experience!
Love, love LOVE the Liberty Jane patterns! I can dress the dolls like “real” little girls in real clothes. When my daughter was younger, she told me the “girls” found the word doll offensive (I think she got that from the show “VicTORIous”). We had to refer to them as the “Girls” or “organically challenged.” So Liberty Jane patterns were perfect because these don’t look like doll clothes, they just look like clothes.
A while back I was searching for 18" doll clothes patterns and came across Pixie Faire’s website. I enjoy all the patterns and have quite a few from many of the designers on the site. I especially like that there are patterns available for the different size dolls.

I’m not quite sure whether I first ran across Pixie Faire via Etsy or the American Girl message boards – it seems that it was always there. Someone sewed a beautiful outfit? Liberty Jane pattern. Really stylish dolls? Yep, Liberty Jane again. Naturally, when I decided to start sewing myself, PixieFaire was the first place I looked. I can’t say I have a favorite pattern – there are too many to choose! – but I do love the Le Marais. The lines of it seem to flatter any doll who wears it. So glad to be a part of this great community! Thanks for everything you do to make it that way, Cinnamon!
