Get to know Helen (in her own words):  "When I was a child, my family didn't really need to ask what gift I wanted. There was one answer: "A doll."  I grew up but I still have so much love in my heart for dolls. Both of my grannies loved sewing. I began to sew at the age of eight by hand for my baby dolls. My mother taught me to knit. When I turned fifteen I started to sew and knit clothes for myself. Designing for dolls started for me when my daughter went to school. I was looking for something to do, and my search led to discovering a whole world of dolls and doll fashion. Now I'm glad to be a part of the Pixie Faire team and engage in my favourite hobbies!"

It was a close thing, but I finally chose Spa Day, because the line and fit of the outfit was smoother. I like both sets of colors — they are each one of my favorite combos.
Thank you for the opportunity to win the super cute outfits.

I can’t enter the competition as I am in the UK but just wanted to say thank you to Helen/Doll Joy for also making patterns for my beloved Gotz dolls. I aim to buy them all in due course and already have some. Great to have patterns that fit my dolls rather than having to keep adapt AG patterns. Thanks Helen. (and Pixie Faire!)
