I sew primarily as a hobby but also I sew my own dresses. On average, I spend maybe 10 or more hours a week sewing. It all depends on if I’m working on a project or not.
I knit and crochet primarily as a hobby. Now that I’m trying to do the work of 2 people at my job, I’m lucky if I get in an hour a week on the average :( But I have a 2018 resolution to fix that: Work less, knit more!

I sew as a hobby for projects for my grand children. I knit for them too. I knot also foe extended family. My projects occuppy about 1-4 hours per week.
I sew primarily for my own entertainment. I do however love sewing doll clothes for my 3 granddaughters. It’s fun to see their faces as they open their packages at Christmas & birthdays. They get so excited for the new outfits they run for their dolls and dress them right away. Thank you Pixie Faire for the great patterns & inspiration.
