I sew primarily as a hobby. On average, I spend a couple hours a month sewing, as I have school to deal with, and I am not great at it.
“I sew, knit and crochet primarily as a hobby on average, I spend several hours a week doing one craft or another.
I love to sew and crochet. it is just a hobby. when ever I can. it’s very calming and a happy place.
“I sew and knit primarily as a hobby for grandkids, myself and a business for my friends; on average, I spend about 15-20 hours making “princess gowns, AGD doll clothes, embroidered items and smocked dresses and more rarely-outfits for myself …”
I sew primarily as a way to help my anxiety levels stay low and keep myself from worrying about things I can’t control, on average, I spend 7 – 10 hours in a week, sometimes more on days when I’m not as busy. Days where my anxiety is higher I’ll spend more than a couple of hours sewing, those weeks it’s probably more like 20 hours a week.
