I ‘sew’ primarily as an assistant to a business run by a woman with severe Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (aka Toxicant Induced Loss of Tolerance), and on average, I spend… 6-8 hours a week washing, laying, and cutting fabric in preparation for her expert hands. This allows her more time to design and create since much is lost due to her debilitating migraines.
