I sewed and crotcheted doll clothes primarily for a hobby till a year ago it ended up turning into a home business. I spend 15-20 hrs a week roughly. Some weeks more
I sew as a hobby and my time varies. Sometimes a lot and sometimes not.
I sew or crochet about 10 hours per week in the winter as a hobby. Much less during gardening season.
I sew and knit as a hobby. I make doll clothes, stuffed animals, and anything that looks cute for my granddaughter and other children I know. I also have donated some to raffles in my area. I do plan to make some for charity events or for places like Good Will or the homeless. The time I spend sewing or knitting depends on my schedule. When I start a project I have sewn for the entire day to get it done. I work with exchange students so that takes up time as well. I do love to sew and it it is gratifying to see the smiles on the faces of the child when they see the items.
I sew primarily as a hobby but would like to make it a business. On average, I spend a few hour a week or more depending on the week on doll clothes. In October, though, it is all day everyday! Yay for Halloween.
