I sew and crochet and other crafting primarily for booth in consignment shop. I also sew for gifts and charity. Enjoy giving. Craft every day. Some days it is difficult to keep at it, but if I find a project that is fun and I am pleased with the results, it can be a marathon crafting day.
I sew primarily as a hobby for my great nieces and a couple of my friend’s children. On average, I spend about 4 hours per week.
I sew primarily as a hobby, but also do garment sewing and alterations as a little side business. I have a group of women who come and sew at my downstairs sewing studio and also teach elementary age children sewing classes. I sew on average about 20 hours per week.
I have a hard time answering this question. I primarily sew, but also knit and crochet. I seem to split my sewing time between my etsy shop and projects for my family or gifts. It can vary from 20 hours a week to none!
“I sew primarily for my home business for craft fairs (doll clothing), on average, I spend…nearly not enough time/hours in a week…” It seems there are always other things to do in the house, like cleaning and cooking, or places to go. Need to set it up more like a business where I can devote a certain amount of time daily or weekly.
