I sew as my passion and outlet for my creativity. Many would call it a hobby, but I call it my reason to get up in the morning.
I sew or crochet as a hobby mostly or for my grandchildren and nieces. I spend a few hours a week but hope to spend more this year as it relaxes me.
I haven’t been sewing yet today so my sanity is at the tipping point but I try to be in my sewing room at least 30 minutes each day!
“I sew primarily as a hobby on average, I spend about 3 hours for the dolls. Then work on quilts for about 15 hours. I would love to win the outfits for being historical. I am the past president of the local historical group encompassing two townships.These would make beautiful displays.
I sew for both a small business as well as my daughter. I try to spend about 1 to 2 full days working on it but it doesn’t always happen with children.
