I sew for charity and relaxation. Love making doll clothes usually spending 30 – 40 hours a week. Really love the Pixie Faire patterns.
I sew about 18 hours a week. Half of that is hobby and the other half is work. I costume for theater and my etsy store. I also make a good deal of my clothes and my girls. They love new dresses for their dolls so i try to work some of those in too
I primarily sew doll clothes for family and other items to give away. I go in streaks because I live in a rv and have limited space.
I sew to save money on a counselor, as this is my stress reliever. When I have a hard week at work I may sew an average of 15 hours a week to unwind. When I bring the baby gifts that I make to work they ask me when do I have time to sew. It is a whole lot cheaper I didn’t really understand when my mom said this is a hobby that you will come to enjoy and need to help relieve the day to day pressures of life as you get older.
I sew primarily as a hobby on average, I spend a few hours in a week. I would like to spend more time, maybe when I retire?…
