I sew occasionally as a hobby but am rather busy as a homeschool mom.
I sew, knit, crochet and make pottery as part of my very small business. I also have a studio where I teach art to children of all ages and economic backgrounds. I spend at least 20 – 30 hours a week in this passionate vocation.
I sew 3-4 hour almost every day. I sew doll clothes for my dolls and a couple of little girl. I sew quilts and throws that are given to friends and church.
I sew primarily as a hobby making g clothes for my grandfather’s American Girl doll. On an average week I can spend about 8 hours sewing.
I sew mainly for the love of it though I have tried to make a few dollars from it. I also knit for the love of knitting and give away 99 % of my knitting as gifts.
