I sew primarily as a business and I spend about 20 hours a week at it when I can.
I sew and quilt primarily as a hobby, making things for the grands. My sewing room is just now coming out of 9 months of storage :( after a cross-country move. I can’t wait to get back to it, hoping for 5-10 hours per week, but also looking for ways to sew for charity or teach others who want to enjoy this hobby.
I sew on average about two to three hours a day dressing 18" dolls for a local charity that gives them away to needy little girls at Christmas time.
“I sew and crochet primarily as a hobby and to make things for my grandchildren. On average, I spend very little time during the week because I work full time. Weekends are my time to catch up on sewing crafts and crocheting. Thank you for these wonderful give-a ways.
I sew mainly as a hobby. I’m lucky if I get to sew a couple times a month during the school year, but it’s pretty much all I do over the summer.
