I sew primarily for my business but spend a lot of time too sewing all kinds of things for my kids, grandkids and for myself. My machines don’t get much of a break. I probably spend 20-30 hours a week having fun creating doll clothes that my daughters and I are actually envious of, wishing our wardrobes were so nice. Thanks to Pixie Faire and the amazing designers for such diverse and abundant patterns that keep me so busy.
I sew, crochet, bead and embroidery (hand and machine) primarily for a hobby but do sell some of my projects. I make for many different dolls. I am retired so I do get to work on them more now. So I would guess I sew between 20 to 30 hours a week.
i would love to win this one. I am a Civil War Era buff and Post Civil War. I make all of the outfits and display them. I love sewing and now being retired i have a lot of time to sew it is my passion. This would be a great addition to my collection.
I sew both as a hobby and for business. The amount of time I put in depends on the project and if I have commissions that put me in front of the computer instead of the sewing machine! I do most of my needlework (crochet, knit, or embroidery) at the end of the day when I’m watching something on Netflix or TV with my hubby.
