I knit primarily as a hobby. I spend 40+ hours a week knitting to keep myself awake when work is slow.
I sew primarily as a hobby making doll clothes for my many great-nieces. I spend 1-4 hours a week but hope to spend much more once I retire this year.
I sew, knit, and do cross stitch as a hobby on an obsessive basis. If I’m not busy with my grand daughters or cooking, I’m busy with my hobbies! I spend an average of 30-40 hours a week sewing and often times more than that!
I sew as a hobby and have made many clothes for my granddaughters’ 18” dolls. Historical outfits are my favorite although I enjoy them all. I sew an average of 5 hours a week.
