I sew and crochet primarily as a hobby but am starting for my doll clothes home business this year. on average, I spend 20 -25 hours a week sewing and 15 hours a week crocheting.

I sew as a hobby and also as a small business. I see as much as possible but it varies with what other responsibilities need to be taken care of.

I sew as a hobby to make gifts for my daughters and niece. I make about 8 outfits a year so it is hard to come up with a per week amount. Maybe the average would be half hour per week.

“I sew [ or knit/crochet] primarily as a business on average, I spend 14 to 15 hours working on different projects at home per week…” This is on top of 20 to 25 that I spend in my shop. I am semi-retired and this is the most enjoyable aspect of no longer working a regular 9 – 5 accounting job. This is what I worked toward all the years I worked. To be able to do the sewing, crocheting and embroider I love to do.

I saw as a hobby, I spend as much time as possible sewing.
