My favorite sewing tools are my rotary cutter and my cutting mat. They make cutting out of fabric much faster and easier.
My favorite sewing tool is my ginger scissors.
My favourite sewing tools are my interchangeable presser feet – what would I do without my 1/4" foot, rolled hem foot and button hole foot??
My favorite sewing tool is my sewing gauge that was my mother’s.
My favorite sewing tools are my clips. I discovered them last year and they have been used nonstop since then.
My favorite sewing tool is my sewing machine.
My favorite sewing tool isn’t really a sewing tool, but it’s a must for me- my reading glasses. I can see the details with them, and thread needless and sew buttons and do other hand work by using them. Sewing would be very difficult without them!
My favorite sewing tool is a kabob skewer. It figured out its perfect for straitening out seams in masks when you turn them inside out.
My favorite sewing tool is the first sewing tool I ever used—a needle and thread; both practical and sentimental.
My favorite sewing tool is my serger. The finished edges give my project a professional look.
The ripper
The ripper
My favorite tool’s the ripper.
My favourite sewing tool is my machine with a needle threader – this is the first time I’ve had one and its genius! Should have gotten one years ago.
Love the sewing hints and helpers!!!
I had a hard time picking a favorite tool, so I decided to pick Sewing with Cinnamon. This instruction helped my daughter get into sewing and so now I have someone to ask if I get stuck on a problem with my sewing. Also, I loved reading the tips like overlock presser foot as a serger substitute, the Kai scissors, or the Side Winder. Hopefully I can get some of these and those will become my new favorite tools for next time.
My favorite sewing tool is really a set of tools, my wool ironing mat, travel steam iron, and silicon shapers to smooth curves. The all fit in my tote and enable me to sew whether we are at home or on the road.
My favorite sewing tool is my serger. Love the professional looking seams!
my favorite sewing is my embroidery scjssors for quick cutting and seam opening while sitting at the sewing machine working on doll clothes.
My favorite sewing tool are both of my sewing machines so I don’t have to change thread colors … lol just switch from one machine to the other
My favorite sewing tool is That Purple Thang. It is helpful for sew (so) many tasks. :) It aids in getting into small spaces and saves fingers during fabric feeds, it smooths, eases, flattens, pokes, stuffs, turns corners, pulls threads, aids in ruffling and finger presses. It acts as a bodkin with it’s built-in slit for threading elastic through casing. The 1/4 gauge helps you keep 1/4" seams consistent and That Thang measures exactly 6"…a handy (in a pinch) ruler. If you ever use one, you’ll never want to be without it.
My favorite sewing tool is my Dad’s old wooden ruler. It lets me cut straight lines, and measure teeny tiny increments when sewing for small dolls. I like that he once used this to design house plans.
My favorite tool is a hand held vacuum for cleaning the sewing machine.
my favorite sewing is my embroidery scjssors for quick cutting and seam opening while sitting at the sewing machine working on doll clothes.
My favorite sewing tool is my pincushion, as well as a sewing machine mat/cover I recently made for myself!?!! I’d used magnetic pincusions for years, they’d accidentally hit the floor and I’d have pins everywhere! Now if my pincushion falls, there aren’t pins everywhere! And, if my pincushion is at my ironing board, I can put a few pins in the machine cover/mat…

My favorite sewing tool is my seam ripper.
My favorite sewing tool is my sewing tackle box because it helps me keep much of what I need together so I don’t lose things or forget things.
My favorite sewing tool is my rotary blade and my cutting mat. This makes cutting out my fabric for patterns so much faster and easier.
My favorite sewing tool is my seam ripper because it keeps me going instead of giving up!
I love my little Featherweight. I can easily take it outside and sew in the Florida sunshine. Its even possible at this time of year. :-)
My favorite sewing tool is my Roxanne Thimble, because I do a lot of hand work, and it’s the only thimble I can wear for a long time, doesn’t fall off my finger when I pull out the needle and has dimples everywhere I need them. I just got a new one for Christmas, after wearing out my first one, bought 20 years ago.
My favorite sewing tool is my rotary cutter.
My favorite sewing tool is my bias tape maker. It saves so much time and pain (from the iron!). I wish I had one in every size!
My favorite sewing tool is the seam ripper😊

My favorite tool is my thread snipper.
My favorite sewing tool is a bodkin because it helps me turn small pieces right side out and get crisp edges when I am pressing things.
My favorite sewing tool is my stiletto.
My favorite sewing tool, next to my sewing machine, is my quilters presser foot. It’s my go-to presser foot for ensuring that I keep my seams at 1/4".
My favorite sewing tool is (and why, if you’d like to share) … my fabric scissors because they are so nice and sharp and cut so cleanly! Of course I have to hide them from hubby to keep them that way ;}
My favorite sewing tool is my sewing machine. It’s what lets me use my creativity.
My favorite sewing tool is my mini steam iron. Its the perfect size for doll clothes!
My favorite sewing tool are all the different size quilting rulers. I rarely quilt, but I find the rulers are perfect for embroidery placement, aligning patterns on fabric and a number of other measures.
My favorite tool is the sewing table/desk I received for Christmas one year. Now I can leaving my machine up and ready to go!
My favorite sewing tool is my rotary cutter. You can cut many different materials with it accurately.
My favorite sewing tool is my sewing machine. Because without it I could not get anything done.
My favorite sewing tool is my rotary cutter. You can cut many different materials with it accurately.
My favorite tools are my sewing machine and patterens that I work with
My favorite tool is precut pre-measured strips cut from file folders or card stock—different sizes for different purposes—turning a hem, or measuring a binding cut to finish a quilt binding (½", 1.5" etc) that hang accessible near my sewing machine and ironing board.
My favorite sewing tool is my sewing machine!
It would be so much harder if I had to still do everything by hand, like I did when I first learned to sew. I made all of my doll clothes by hand when I was a girl!
My favorite sewing tool is my rotary cutter. You can cut many different materials with it accurately.
My favorite sewing tool is a sharp scissors/ clippers. Great to have by the machine or when hand sewing!
My favorite sewing tool is my sewing machine.
My favorite sewing tool is my new KAI scissors. They are serrated and really hold the fabric while cutting, the fabric doesn’t slip around while I’m cutting..
My Sidewinder bobin winder. Saves me tons of time rethreading my machine and specifically rethreading the needle!
My favorite sewing tool is my 4" tweezers. I can grab ahold of even the smallest ends of threads and pull them out of the way.
My favorite sewing tool is a chatelaine to hang around my neck. I has clippers attached to clip threads when finishing a project, beeswax to run over your thread, and a needle strawberry to hold needles when you need both hands to work with. All of this is without needing a single pocket and with you wherever to move to.
My favorite sewing tool is my seam gauge. I love how it will never stretch out, it fits it my hand, the slider gives me a consistent hem length for my coverstitch for a beautiful finish, and I can use it on my machine so I know where to put my magnetic guide for stitching seams.
My favorite sewing tool is a cutter I never got to use because I’m very bad with scissors. I hope my friend would tesch me how to use it
My whole room. Finally, don’t have to sew at the kitchen table.
My favorite sewing tool is my sewing machine. I can spend hours creating and finishing so I can go back to the fabric store!
My favourite tool is a good needle for the thread being used.
I love my wool ironing mat!
My favorite sewing tool is the overlock presser foot for my sewing machine, helping me sewing nice neat finished edges for my doll clothes projects, since I don’t own a seperate serger.
My favorite tool is my rotary cutters. I have three sizes and love all three. The cutters take the work out of cutting out patterns and of course cutting straight lines.
I have so many favourite sewing tools; that it would be hard to pick just one. My sewing machine, my wool pressing mat, my walking foot, my steam iron……etc.
My favorite tool is my small Oliso iron. Double eyed needle is next.
My favorite sewing tool is a great pair of sharp scissors.
My favorite sewing tool is my porcupine quills. I use them all the time for turning corners and to hold fabric as I’m sewing. It keeps my fingers out of the danger zone! LOL.
My favorite sewing tool is the zigzag stitch. My great-aunt’s sewing machine, which she used to make absolutely beautiful clothes in the 1950s, doesn’t have zigzag stitch at all. It’s hard to imagine depending much more on a sewing machine before it had advanced features!
My favorite sewing tool is my Bernina sewing machine.
My favorite sewing tool is my sewing machine. I can make so many things with it and am always challenged learn more by using different feet or stitches.
My sewing machine is my favorite!
My favorite sewing tool is my seam guide sometimes when the seam is small it’s easier to put that on and just let it keep the fabric in the right place rather then trying to do it yourself. Especially if you are teaching your children how to sew.
My favorite sewing tool, aside from the seem riper, is a magnet that looks like an ink pen but can be extended several inches. I use it, in the shortest length, to hold the screw for the foot assembly, while I tighten it, and in the longest length, to pick pins up from the floor so I don’t have to bend down to do so.
I always keep the original pattern as a master (there’s usually more than one size included) and trace the size I want. I enjoy using the pattern tracing material from sewing with Nancy. But tissue works too. You just need to piece it.
My favorite sewing tool is my needle threader!
I love a good seam ripper! Great for those mistakes that would be dreadful to repair with scissors. Also great for holding material down when sewing tiny seams and do not want to have your fingers a permanent part of the doll dress.
My favourite sewing tool is my Elena lotus sewing machine. I have been using this little portable machine since 1977.
My favorite sewing tool would have to be my little binding clips. Sure saves me from getting poked by pins all the time!
My favorite sewing tool is a needle, perhaps. Except for when I get to tough areas to go through and the back end of the needle tries going into my finger. Then the cork side of a coaster tile is my favorite tool for pushing the needle through the fabric thickness.
My two favorite tools are pattern weights and pattern tracing paper. Pattern weights have both held my pattern in place while cutting and prevented tearing from continued pinning.Tracing pattern first makes mockups and pattern adjusting so much easier while preserving the original pattern.
My favorite sewing tool would have to start with my sewing machine.
My favorite sewing tool is my super sharp scissors - the make my projects so much nicer.
My favorite sewing tool is my sewing machine because it lets me create fun and amazingly beautiful things!!

I cant live without two things…my needle threader and my seam ripper. Love them both and ise them both on all my sewing projects.
My favorite sewing tool is my seam ripper. I have many and use them for much more than seam ripping. I use them for turning seams, to guide thread on my machine and in quilting for setting thread.
I like my walking foot especially because it allowed me to make 35 fleece dog coats for retired greyhounds ready for adoption with ease.
My favorite tool is my thimble. It makes hand sewing so much easier.
My favorite tool is my seam ripper. I like my pieces as perfect as possible and my seam ripper helps me to achieve that .
My favorite tool is my rotary cutter , mat and ruler!
My favorite tool is my Kenmore Sewing machine.
My favorite sewing tool is literally anything that you can use to turn stuff! Seems like there’s always something to turn, and some of them are impossibly small!
“My favorite sewing tool is (and why, if you’d like to share) …”
My sergers. I have two. One for light colors and one for dark. The company recommended it and I love it! I don’t have to change the thread to often and both do their jobs beautifully. My costumes come out smooth and I know they will stay in place for the children’s dolls I make them for.
