My favorite fabric to sew with is quality cottons because I basically sew craft items like doll clothes, table runners, quilts, etc. I have made clothing for humans in the past but found I enjoy making the tiny outfits more. I have sewn with fleece before and it is ok, it is just hard to keep the shape as it has a tendency to stretch in the wrong places. My least favorite fabric is chiffon because I can never get it to lay still long enough to even cut a pattern piece. Wool seems to fray a lot on me as well but I have managed to make a few things with wool.
My favorite fabric to sew with is batiks. I just love all of the colors and unique patterns. Every project comes out unlike any other before.
My favorite fabric to sew with is cotton. I love the crisp look once it’s ironed.
My favorite fabric to sew with is Poly/cotton blend
I love to sew on batiks because there’s no right or wrong side!!
My favorite fabric to sew with is, reclaimed fabric. Mind you I love going to Mecca (AKA Mood) when I visited NYC and always leave with many $$ sent on beautiful Liberty of London Lawn, leather and knits, but reusing old clothing, linens etc. gives me a bit of satisfaction knowing I am creating doll clothing out of items headed to the landfill
My favorite fabric to sew with is 100% cotton. It is ‘made’ for home sewers!!
My favorite fabrics to sew with are good quality cottons, however, I haven’t had any experience sewing on real wools, linens, silks, etc. Synthetics are definitely not my faves, but are a necessary evil!😂
