although I have no FAVORITE fabric, I totally enjoy making dancewear and swimwear using 4-way stretch. Kona cotton is great too. thanks for all the patterns that make the fabric work.
My favorite fabric to work with is either fur or 4 way stretch knit. I love making fur coats, collars, capes, etc. The 4 way stretch makes gorgeous skating dresses, leotards and swimsuits. And I love the different patterns & colors. Thank you for these giveaways!

Wool is my favorite fabric. It’s versatile and easy to work with.
My favorite fabric to sew with is 100% cotton. I love the variety of colors and designs/prints. I love the crispness of the fabric which holds its shape. Since I enjoy making doll dresses with ruffles and “flounce”, it’s just the perfect fabric for me to use.
Cotton fabric is the best for the majority of my sewing.

I can’t really say which fabric is my favorite to sew with. I love them all and I choose based on the project I am making. For doll clothes I love knits and cottons but who doesn’t love a lace or embroidered fabric?
Like most posters, for doll clothes, my favorite fabric to sew with is quilting weight cottons. I prefer woven fabrics overall including flannel and corduroy, but don’t mind sewing with light weight fleece and cotton knits.
Cotton. There are so many beautiful colors and patterns. I love quilters cotton and cotton knits.

I don’t have a favorite fabric to sew with, I love them all! I do seem to use more cotton, because it is available in so many prints and colors and my girls (American Girls) like their colors. I make most of their clothes and they have an extensive wardrobe.

I can sew with any fabrics, but for doll clothes, cotton is my favorite because the clothes seem to be more durable, whether it be quilting cotton, pinwale corduroy or flanellette. Also cotton does not fray which can be a problem with 1/4 inch seems.

My favorite fabric to sew with is scuba knit. Scuba knits cut easily, sew quickly, need very little finishing, drape beautifully, wash well time after time, and are available in many beautiful prints as well as solids. Everything about a scuba knit is easy.
