Many of you have large collections of dolls, or sew for someone who does! We'd love to know more about the time period or era your dolls live in. Are they historical, if so from which era? Are they modern girls, is so which style do they prefer (boho, rocker, sporty, etc)? We'd love to know! To enter today's giveaway - simply respond to this post and complete this sentence:

My favorite era of clothing and fashion is the ‘50s and other designs with lots of fluff and ruffles (for doll clothes). I’d like to see more pattens with those styles.

My granddaughters have Kit and Rebecca and I have many dolls from lots of different eras. I love styles from the thirties and forties.
One of my favorite eras of clothing would be the 40’s. I think the clothing had more character and details back then. I would like to see a pattern for a girls coat and bonnet from that era, like the matching one my Grandmother made for me and my Patsy doll.
Roaring 20s is my favorite era for fashion. the clothes were stylish and functional. Hemline changed almost over night from mid-calf to just below the knee. Hemlines came up and waistline went down. Floral prints were the rage, in soft pastel colors. The material, beads and accessories were elegant and expensive. This was the era when art deco fashion hit the country, some of the most beautiful evening gowns were designed
