The bedding featured in today's giveaway was hand made by Elizabeth, the designer behind the Ladybug Doll Quilts brand as a prototype set for her Patch Play quilt pattern. The darling little pajamas are from Shari, the designer behind the Thimbles and Acorns brand, as the prototype cover piece for the 14.5" Union Suit pattern - too cute! We've completed this set with a brand new 14.5" Welliewishers Emerson doll!

My assumption is that most of us sew! We’d love to hear more about your sewing experience. Are you just learning to sew, or have you been at it for a while? Do you use a basic standard machine or one with all the bells and whistles? What about a serger, are you using one of those? (or wondering what in the world I’m talking about!)

I use a Bernina Artista 180. I have used this machine since 2000. It does much. The machine I used before this was a real work horse. It was a Brother that I had used for 35 years before it gave out. Had a new motor at one time. Hated to say goodbye to that old friend.
I use a Pfaff sewing machine. I love the walking foot that comes with it.
I use a Janome sewing machine and I love it! It never ceases to amaze me; it will sew anything from the sheers to levi to canvas for the shoes. It is a work horse!.
