My assumption is that most of us sew! We’d love to hear more about your sewing experience. Are you just learning to sew, or have you been at it for a while? Do you use a basic standard machine or one with all the bells and whistles? What about a serger, are you using one of those? (or wondering what in the world I’m talking about!)
To enter the giveaway simply respond to this post in the comment box below and complete this sentence:
"I use a [insert sewing machine type here]… The thing I like most about it is [tell us why]"
Comments must be left (on this blog post) by midnight (pacific) 12/29/2017.
One entry per person.
No purchase necessary, void where prohibited.
The winner will be chosen randomly from the comments received and contacted through the email provided in the comment.
We will choose a winner and modify this post tomorrow to let everyone know who won.
Okay, good luck, and if we’ve forgotten anything we will modify and/or update this post as needed.
Happy Holidays!

I use a Brother but also use my mother’s 1948 Singer, it still sews like a dream
I use an Elna 7200 and the thing I love most is the built in scissors. I am also learning to use my new serger.
I have several brands of sewing machines. Lately I have been using my Simplicity machine. It sews great for basic sewing. I also have a Brother, White and Pfaff, that have decorative stitches, that I use for fancy sewing. I would have to say out of those my Pfaff is my favorite.
Years ago, I sewed doll clothes for my four daughters and their American Girl and Magic Attic dolls. I used a White sewing machine. I love the fact that it was no fuss, no complicated anything. Wish it still worked.
I use a brother se400 sewing machine. I’ve been sewing about 2.5 years (on and off) but still feel like a beginner. I really like that I can embroidery with my machine as well as sew. I just got a brother serger for Christmas (it’s not out of the box yet) and I look forward to learning how to use it and doing new things with it.
