The darling little pajamas are from Shari, the designer behind the Thimbles and Acorns brand, as the prototype cover piece for the 14.5" Union Suit pattern - too cute! We've completed this set with a brand new 14.5" Welliewishers Emerson doll!

My assumption is that most of us sew! We’d love to hear more about your sewing experience. Are you just learning to sew, or have you been at it for a while? Do you use a basic standard machine or one with all the bells and whistles? What about a serger, are you using one of those? (or wondering what in the world I’m talking about!)

i have a singer a brother and a domestic. i like the brother the best because it has an automatic needle threader
I use a Brother machine for all of my sewing now. I have used a singer so far as well as a huschavarna. Brother is my favorite now . The stitches available are better. And I have a service center very close when needed.
I use a Brothers sewing and I like all stitches and the way it sew.
I use a nonexistent sewing machine. I’m currently doing all my sewing by hand because I need to get my sewing machine fixed. I’ve been hand sewing everything I made the last few months. I’m actually new to the doll sewing world but I love it and I’m actually kinda good at it.
I use a JANOME DC 5100, I love all the options my machine has. It allows all kind of fancy stitches and even lettering, which I use for all the dolls my nieces own! Simply love the ease of it too, it’s my third one!
