My assumption is that most of us sew! We’d love to hear more about your sewing experience. Are you just learning to sew, or have you been at it for a while? Do you use a basic standard machine or one with all the bells and whistles? What about a serger, are you using one of those? (or wondering what in the world I’m talking about!)

To enter the giveaway simply respond to this post in the comment box below and complete this sentence:

"I use a  [insert sewing machine type here]… The thing I like most about it is [tell us why]"

Comments must be left (on this blog post) by midnight (pacific) 12/29/2017.

One entry per person.

No purchase necessary, void where prohibited.

The winner will be chosen randomly from the comments received and contacted through the email provided in the comment.

We will choose a winner and modify this post tomorrow to let everyone know who won.

Okay, good luck, and if we’ve forgotten anything we will modify and/or update this post as needed.

Happy Holidays!

I have a sewing/embroidery Babylock Ellure machine. It is about 17 years old but it still runs great and I haven’t had many problems doing embroidery with it. I also have a Jem Platinum 760 (15 yrs old) which is great for taking to sewing classes. I have a Bernette 700D serger and when I couldn’t thread that one, I bought the Babylock Evolve serger (14 yrs old). I was gifted a Babylock Embellisher which does needle felting. I should sell them all but one serger and buy a new one sewing/embroidery machine !

I have an older Kenmore that is very dependable for my basic sewing. I also have a newer Brother sewing and embroidery machine that I am getting better at using. I love the many extra accessories and software that I can get for this machine.

The kind of sewing machine I use is a HuskyStar. I have a Juki industrial, but we moved and I don’t have it set up. The HuskyStar is really basic, but it does what I need.

I have a B770 Bernina sewing machine. It’s new, and still learning – but I’m really loving the thread cutter feature!! When I use my other machines I have to stop – wonder why something isn’t happening – then cut the threads!!!
