My passion is creating – my outlet for my creations are my dolls, sometimes people. I love finding things at Etsy from other people that create….
I crochet primarily as a hobby, on average, I spend two or three hours a week crocheting.
I also crochet as stress relief, earlier in the year I participated in a few “join-alongs” in one of my Ravelry groups and made a 16 piece wardrobe for my mini-Saige and a few outfits for my mini-Melody using free patterns on Ravelry. I “shopped” my stash of crochet thread and had a lot of fun with the project.
I sew primarily as a hobby and began doing so about 3 years ago upon retirement. I am able to spend, on average, 25 hours a week sewing. This summer, by chance, an 18" doll from Daisy Kingdom was handed down to me which sent me on a quest for doll clothes patterns. That’s when I found Pixie Faire and that’s where the madness began. I’m have a new obsession and now own one Our Generation and three previously loved American Girls.
I sew and crochet as a hobby. I’m lucky to get in a few hours a week with four kids at home full time but I enjoy every minute of it!
I sew and crochet primary as a hobby for my grandchildren, and I also donate to Sew for Kids (Lakota Friends Circle.)
