I sew doll clothes for myself and for other ladies in my doll making class. It’s fun and enjoy t creating many outfits for all types of dolls.
I sew as a business. I spend about 20 hours a week sewing and more hours spent on other areas of business. I love sewing and that is how it ended up becoming a business for me.
I sew cloth dolls/dragons & bears primarily as a hobby. I either sell them or give them to friends & family as/for gifts. I sew almost every night when I come home from work and most of the weekend. It relaxes me. Also, I can’t just sit & watch TV. I feel it is a waste of my time if I can’t be creating something
I sew for fun. I also knit, crochet, embroider-all things crafty! Since I’ve retired, and my husband built a beautiful craft room for me, I spend on average two to three hours a day sewing (at least!!)
I sew almost everyday in the winter and a couple of times a week during the summer, as a hobby, and I do make doll clothing for craft fairs. I crochet rugs.
