I go in phases of what I do. Right now, I am in knitting mode, primarily for my home business. I spend at least 16 hours a week, and I do not have an Etsy account.
My passion is knitting. I knit EVERY.DAY. I work part time at a yarn store to support my habit! I also sew but not as much and usually in spurts. I’ve closed my etsy shop, I do this enjoyment rather than deal with the hassle of selling (which is another and more time consuming part of having an etsy shop).
I sew and knit primarily as a hobby. On average I spend about 10 hours a week making items for friends, family, myself and charity. I have sold face masks this year and donated the proceeds to local food initiatives.
I knit primarily as a hobby. On average I spend three hours a day. Last summer I learned how to crochet little yellow amigurumi that are wearing face masks.
I sew for a hobby and make mostly clothes for 18 inch dolls. My family has been donating dolls and clothing and other accessories to a variety of Christmas charities for several years. We love to make Christmas special for little girls.
