Sewing and machine embroidery are my current passions. I never liked my finished products from knitting but recently bought a pattern to try again. I do sell a few outfits and refurbish thrift store dolls as a hobby and sell them just to recover my costs. I spend a couple hours a day on my hobbies.
Over the years, from the time I was 6 years, I’ve done just about every and any hand craft -knit, crochet, sewing, painting, ceramics, etc. I never really had the time over the years to develop any one craft to its fullest. But I’ve always enjoyed sewing! Now that I’m retired, I sew for my own pleasure, about 2-3 hours a day, and mostly AG doll clothing. I still get to use my imagination to design and embellish these items to my heart’s content.
I sew, knit & crochet for dolls ,home, myself and gifts. As a hobby, I spend on average between 3-5 hours a week.
I sew historical customs and doll clothes primarily as a home business. On average, I spend 20 hours a week working on projects.
I haven’t sold on Etsy yet, but have a FB page under Sew Intriguing.
I knit and crochet primarily as a hobby. On average, I spend about 7 hours a week playing with yarn.
