More about Etsy:  Etsy is a marketplace where you can find items to buy or create a shop and sell theitems you make. It's a great resource for fabric and notions - you can find things like fold over elastic, super thin hook and loop tape, and custom zippers. It's also the place to find specialty items made using Pixie Fiare patterns. We encourage you to browse the site!

I sew primarily to feel good. I donate my doll clothes, doll beds and bedding to our local animal rescue group to raise money in their monthly Facebook auction. This year I have made plenty of face masks for friends and family. It’s a good feeling to help.

I sew and crochet primarily as a hobby and to relieve stress. On average, I spend about 10 hours doing these things and making items to give away.

I do not have an Etsy shop, nor do I sell my things. The things I make are usually given to fundraisers, children or friends, family and co-workers.

Theresa

I love to sew especially doll clothes and scrap craft. I do it mostly as a hobby and for gifts but I have taken orders for items and occasionally set up at local school bazaars.

Cheri

I sew to relive stress and because I enjoy the process of putting something together and seeing the end results. I average about 2 hours a day sewing.

Linda

I sew primarily as a hobby. And make things for my grandchildren. I sew about 10-20 hours a week .
