I’d learn to learn how to sew on Lycra fabrics. They crawl and/or I stretch the fabric, especially on curves.
I’d love to learn how to crochet better. I just know the basics, but not enough to tackle some of those cute doll outfits!
I don’t have a favorite Pixie Faire tutorial, although the ones I would love to try are to make shoes.

1. I’d love to learn how to knit. I have never held needles, or maybe a tutorial on how to read crochet patterns which I have done. 2. It is not the absolute or only but one of my favorite tutorial hacks is the Bow Sleeve T-shirt. I have made several and they are so cute. I have actually used many of the hacks and tutorials. I like them all.
I like the tutorials and hacks offered to change the free Liberty Jane T-shirt pattern. I have used the T-shirt pattern to make dresses, tops with bell sleeves, and off the shoulder t-shirts. The T-shirt pattern is very versatile, fits well, the directions are great and the fact that it is free is unbelievable. There is so much that you can do with the Tutorials and Hacks on the Pixie Faire site. You only need one or two patterns and you can have a whole wardrobe for the dolls just by using them.
I would love to learn to like setting sleeves! I avoid sleeves. I have so many sleeveless dresses!
I would love to learn how to make the shoes. I have loved the course on Hand Sewing. I have learned so much and am so pleased at how my most recent project turned out on sewing snaps under buttons. I never knew how to do this, and it made a world of difference!

One of my favorite tutorials is permanently curling doll hair and shoes. My granddaughter is obsessed with restyling doll hair. I would like to see more patterns for Wellie Wisher size dolls and easy doll furniture.
My favorite course/tutorial is the one for shoes. Many tips I wouldn’t have come up until I’d made many unsatisfactory shoes! The tutorials always inspire me to push myself a little harder. Thanks for that!

Making shoes has been a trial, especially cutting the soles. Because I love a challenge I have not ordered the pre-cut soles from Pixie Faire. Any suggestions to get a nice cut edge on the foam.would be much appreciated.

I have been sewing for years and cannot think of what new thing I would like to learn. However, I am always interested in any tips or tricks for altering clothing patterns to fit different size dolls.

Oh gosh…probably my favorite class was the one on zippers. I learned soo much from this class and the tips have helped me deal with zippers!!! Pattern hacks…let’s see I’d like more in-depth help with embellishments using laces…cutting them part and arranging them, sewing them on neatly, and inserting lace into the designs. Heirloom stitching, AND embellishing hats…all styles of hats adding ribbons, using tule, old jewelry pieces, etc. AND finally, an expansion on the molding technique used with the jellies…maybe making molds to create your own slide on buckles, and embellishments using the molds. There are always a need for more accessories like purses, and jewelry!!! maybe making fliers from fabric…goodness I need to stop!!!
