My favorite fashion era is the 1950’s. Would like to see some boy outfits from that time. Thank you for all the choices you give us.

My favroite fashion era is the roaring 20s. I would love to see patterns for flappers.

My favorite era is NOW because we can dress during the day in the casual athletic / work ware that we are all so comfortable in Jeans and T, or dress more as a power broker and no one will criticize our choice. Dior: Paris to the World is on at the Denver Art Museum. It was fun trying to translate the memories of dresses I made and wore to the origins in HI Fashion. I saw the New Years Eve suit Mom and I made in one designed for Princess Grace. On the other hand I would not want to go back to the Edwardian era clothing – I like our freer softer clothing.

I love the 1950’s dresses with full skirts and can cans probably because they are the style of my childhood. I love the ball gowns from all ages. There is just something special about the Cinderella, fairytale quality of long full skirts with hoops and can cans.
