My assumption is that most of us sew! We’d love to hear more about your sewing experience. Are you just learning to sew, or have you been at it for a while? Do you use a basic standard machine or one with all the bells and whistles? What about a serger, are you using one of those? (or wondering what in the world I’m talking about!)

I have had many machines in my lifetime. I currently have a kenmore computerized machine that I’ve had for about 15 years and it’s still going strong. I like that it has a variety of stitches, needle up down and a needle threader. I recently bought a brother se625. I like the embroidery features, but also like the needle threader, automatic thread cutter and built in buttonholes.
I also have a singer serger and a four thread brother serger. Love my machines!
I use a Brother sewing and embroidery machine. It is great as it allows me to personalize the items I make.
I have my grandmother’s Universal sewing machine which I have used for 60 years. I started sewing on it when I was 15 and I am now 75. It is one of the early zig-zag machines, all metal, and quite heavy duty. I can sew almost anything I need to on it. I would love to know how many yards of fabric have been made into clothing, drapes, household goods, gifts, etc. over the years. It has been quite faithful.
I use a baby lock . What I like about is it easy to use and can button holes for me
I use a 35 year old Kenmore (non-computerized) sewing machine as my tried- and- true, trouble free (I can sew all day and still turn out fabulous buttonholes) option. I also have a computerized Brother machine which loves knits and a Kenmore serger which never fails me. I live in terror of losing either one of them!! ;-)
